Audience Insights

Use Case

Sprinklr has a feature called Audience Insights (also known as an Audience Study) that will generate a report about the audience for a specific social media account. These reports are available for X and LinkedIn (as of December 2023).

These reports can provide insights into publicly available demographic data and the areas of interest of audience members, based on their profiles and channel activity.

  2. Navigate to the Sprinklr Insights tab.
  3. Click “Audience Insights” in the Insights section of the Learn column.
