Sprinklr System Administration

Sprinklr is administered by the platforms group within University Communications and Marketing. The following information relates to system administration.

Power Tools: Automation

Features such as rules and macros can make working in Sprinklr more efficient for users. Some rules and macros are created as part of the unit/user onboarding process. Others may be requested by units. All rules and macros are managed by the platforms team.

Adapting to Platform Changes

Channel integrations into Sprinklr, or changes to existing application programming interfaces (APIs), can require updates to the MSU Sprinklr system. These may include changes to existing global roles or the creation of new global roles.

Onboarding Units and Users

New units joining Sprinklr will go through a pre-build phase with the digital program manager. Once the phase is complete and a signed memorandum of understanding, or MOU, is submitted to University Communications and Marketing, a ticket will be generated to start the build phase.
