Adding New Roles

When new features are added to Sprinklr, the governance structure must be adjusted to add new roles that grant these permissions. This checklist can be used to guide system admins in addressing the various settings that will need to be updated. 

1. Confirm if new role is needed or if permissions should be added to an existing global role.
2. Confirm how role maps to Sprinklr module access (custom field). If a new module access option is needed, add it to custom field settings.
3. Add permission/role name to Permissions custom field.
4. Map new Permissions option to appropriate Sprinklr module access in Permissions custom field settings.
5. Build dynamic user group based on granted permission setting for new role.
6. Assign role permissions to the new dynamic user group.
7. Build new global role.
   1. Add needed permissions.
   2. Include Support Tab permissions.
   3. Assign role to appropriate dynamic user group.
