Each account is assigned a Tier 1 and Tier 2 tag. These tags are custom fields, and they correlate to unit structures within MSU and within Sprinklr, when possible. The selection of these two tags controls the visibility and availability of other custom fields for publishing and reporting. A Tier 3 tag may be added if it is necessary to meet the unit’s reporting needs.
