SitecoreAI Release Notes: August 25, 2026

Summary

The August 25 release focuses on continued Content SDK stabilization and several component display and publishing fixes. Updates include improvements to search filters, table publishing, mixed content video display, forms, redirects and site-specific functionality.

This release will be pushed to production after 8:00pm on Tuesday, August 25.

New Features

No new platform-wide features are included in this release.

Enhancements

Content SDK Cleanup

  • Completed cleanup work following the initial Content SDK push to improve platform consistency and stability.

Search and Filter Improvements

  • Improved filter behavior on initial page load.
  • Improved mobile date filter behavior on search listing pages.

Bug Fixes (Platform)

Table Component Publishing

  • Fixed issues with Table component publishing and display behavior.

Mixed Content and Media

  • Fixed an issue where YouTube videos in Mixed Content components did not display correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where the Full-Bleed Mixed Media CTA button did not work as expected.
  • Fixed an issue where the Mixed Content Grid YouTube play button displayed as all white.
  • Fixed a display issue with the Text Fact Grid.

Forms

  • Fixed a Sitecore Forms display issue that appeared after the Content SDK update.

Search and Filters

  • Fixed an issue where the date filter did not work properly on mobile.
  • Fixed filter behavior issues on fresh page load.

Redirects and Legacy Content

  • Improved redirect handling to ensure legacy URLs route more consistently to their updated Sitecore AI URLs.

Component Display and Page Rendering

  • Fixed an issue where the newsletter signup was missing from msu.edu.

Site-Specific Updates

DPPS Alert Functionality

  • Continued work related to DPPS Alert functionality in Sitecore AI to support alert-related content and future site needs.

Impact for Content Authors and Administrators

  • Table components, forms, mixed content and media components display and publish more reliably.
  • Search filters and mobile filter behavior are more consistent.
  • Legacy URLs route more consistently to their updated Sitecore AI URLs.
  • DPPS Alert functionality continues to move forward in Sitecore AI.
